Assessment and profile information. To personalize your plan, you may provide information such as your age range, cycle and lifestyle habits, and nutrition preferences. Some of this may be health-related and is treated as sensitive.

Content you create. We process the lessons you complete, recipes you save, and progress you log within the platform.

Purchase information. When you subscribe, payment is processed by our payment provider. We receive confirmation of your purchase and subscription status but do not receive your full payment-card details.

Technical and usage information. We automatically collect limited device, browser, and usage data to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
